Helena McFat is employed at the Schottler Medical Center, located at Schottler, Broker on Cassidy Street, Liberty City. Helena McFat went to Los Santos Elementary, and then moved on to the ULSA (University of San Andreas, Los Santos) next to Los Santos Elementary.Los Santos Elementary doesn't exist anymore and is now being used as a trainer center of the ULSA.

Helena was born in North Yankton on the 26th of September 1959 (The same year Willy is born in, which is 5th of October 1959) and raised by her parents. Her parents both died in a car accident after they lost control over their own car. Helena was then raised by her two older brothers, Willy Minus McFat & Billy Minus McFat. At the age of 10 the McFat family moved to San Andreas in hopes of getting a real job and earn some real money. Sadly their dream story took a huge turn after Billy McFat was arrested by the LSPD for drugs use. Both Willy and Helena didn't know he was doing drugs or selling drugs.

Helena moved back with Willy to North Yankton to their old house at the age of 19 to start over. She had done some of her study and graduated from ULSA as Traumatologist. Helena didn't have enough money or income to stay in San Andreas and were forced back to North Yankton. They were able to afford their old house but not to get a job in the Medical Center of North Yankton.

Helena was good with the numbers and started working as administrative assistant banking at the age of 20 at the Bank of North Yankton. She had worked there for 25 years, and she quit her job in 2004 at the age of 45 because of a trauma of the events at the bank. (A major bank heist took place in 2004, only two days after Helena called her boss and told she couldn't hold it anymore, and left immediately)

Helena made enough money for both her and Willy to move to Liberty City.Helena bought herself a home near her new job at the medical center and is still working there these days as a succesful Medical Assistant.

Helena is about to get promoted to the Traumatology department and will get about $371.098.
