It's been made in 2003 in Sandy Shores, Los Santos, San Andreas at the Bravado Car Factory USA. It has been exported to Liberty City to an car salesman who bought the car for $10,000. The car has been bought by David Taylor. In 2004 he moved to San Andreas and sold his van in 2005 to Weazel News. Weazel News starting using it two months after the van had been painted and fitted with their livery. The owner of the Weazel News van: Burt Williams Schaaf, lost the van during a special report in Sandy Shores. The van has been reported stolen and still is.
